College of Music, Mahidol University! The College was founded in 1995 as an Academic Development Project which was the first time that music courses were offered at Mahidol University. The College of Music provides exciting educational opportunities for students from all levels, backgrounds and locations. We offer many different majors to prepare our students for a successful musical career in the real world. Our faculty are dedicated to support the students and provided great educational experiences equal to any world class university. All of the students are not only getting the highest education in wonderful facilities, but also have many opportunities to work with world class musicians, educators, and organizers.
We are proud that the College of Music provides the most dynamic, engaging, and comprehensive knowledge that the 21st century demands. Students who complete their education from the College of Music can go on to become accomplished musicians, conductors, composers, and educators.
The Young Artists Music Program offers a unique view of the life of a serious and gifted student at the College of Music, Mahidol University, in a supportive environment for the study of music and performance. The three year comprehensive pre-college program aims to prepare young, gifted musicians to develop performance skills, musicianship and academic excellence. The Young Artists Music program offers two streams of music area study; Thai Music and Western Classical Music. It is an ideal opportunity for young musicians to experience an excellent conservatory program with world class facilities and discover the potential to pursue a professional career in music.

There are many paths of learning in our master’s degree programs. The College of Music offers the Master of Music (M.M.) and Master of Arts (M.A.) degrees. Majors include: Collaborative Piano, Composition and Theory, Conducting, Jazz, Music Business, Music Education, Music Education (Special Program), Music Therapy, Musicology, and Performance and Pedagogy.
