Data Modeling Fundamentals with Microsoft Access

Greenbelt Mansion, Perea, Legazpi Village, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

Description

Pre-requisite

This course is intended for intermediate to advanced users of spreadsheets (such as Microsoft Excel) or equivalent record/data management.

Course Description

This instructor-led advanced course on Microsoft Access is a combination of database conceptualization through data models and learning the Microsoft Access application. The data model is one place where you can store all relevant information about a data asset (definitions, structure, relationships, integration points, etc) and deliver it in a visual and contextually appropriate format for stakeholders involved in the management and consumption of data.

In this course, you will use Access to create a data model for managing your data, including creating a new database; constructing tables; designing forms and reports; and creating queries to join, filter and sort data.
