Everyone is welcome at Jiwa. Whether you’re a beginner just starting out in the world of yoga, or an established practitioner. There are packages to suit your needs, from single classes to 3 month deals (including “local” discounts).
Our friendly staff and Bikram teachers look forward to meeting you on the mat in the hot room, and to helping you continue on, or begin your path to being happy and healthy.
Our teachers are highly experienced and certified from all over the world, and as a “holiday” destination Jiwa attracts some extraordinarily skilled teachers.

Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures to work every inch of your body, every internal organ, muscle, tendon, ligament and joint.
You’ll develop strength and flexibility. There’s a 90 minute and a 60 minute version.
Sumits Yoga is a flowing style of yoga performed in a heated room set to music, which includes Bikram components.
Link breath, body and movement.
There’s a 75 minute and a 60 minute version.
Yin allows you to access the fascia or connective tissue within the body.
It is a static meditative style of practice.
Each class will be different.
Pilates 60 minute full-body workout with music in a heated room.
It contains traditional Pilates principles.
A type of yoga based on eight principles and consisting of a series of poses executed in swift succession, combined with deep, controlled breathing.
An energetic, rhythmic flow of yoga postures that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles.
Enjoy the relaxation at the end.
