KKIP Aerospace Training Centre is also in joint technical cooperation with Aero-Bildung GmbH. This will be the country’s first and only training centre offering Aircraft Maintenance Technician as a training programme with dual certification under European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM).

This is an initiative to broaden activities in the field of maintenance training for the aerospace industry in order to upgrade the aeronautical certification in Malaysia and the aviation market.


Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Training Program (Part-66 Category A1)

The program is to prepare students with knowledge and skills required by aviation industry standard as an aircraft maintenance technician in airline’s maintenance engineering environment or equivalent.

Our 12 months training program shall include a 9 month theoretical and practical training with additional 3 month live aircraft maintenance experience (OJT) in aviation MRO industry. Our training program is structured to conform with. Both EASA part-66 and CAAM Part-66 , of Category A1 Aircraft Maintenance License training modules.

Student having successfully completed full basic training and passed all Part 66 modules’ examination, will be issued with a Certificates of Recognition.
