LCG – Lao Consulting Group
Lao Consulting Group Ltd (LCG) is one of the leading consulting firms for development projects within Lao PDR. LCG is proud to be Lao-owned and Lao-managed which not only provides us with great insight at local and government levels but also gives our clients and projects a secure footing within the country.
LCG has been operating for over 20 years when in the year 2000 Montgomery Watson of New Zealand decided to close their operations which had run since 1993 and handed over to LCG.
Our portfolio boasts over 200 successfully completed contracts, both local and international while our current contracts are valued at well over 5 million USD, giving us an irrefutable reputation as a highly successful medium sized private enterprise.
LCG is the preferred consulting group for many international funding agencies including the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the World Bank.
From project implementation to engineering and design services across all sectors of economic activity we provide a very broad scope of services to cater for small to large projects and programs.
LCG’s client base is diverse and includes all of the major multilateral funding institutes, international development banks and bilateral aid agencies operating in Laos, as well as Lao Government departments, NGOs and private sector companies.
LCG is committed to providing high quality consulting services to assist our clients to design and implement development projects, and to developing Lao expertise by recruiting and training quality local staff and consultants, both of which contribute to the economic and social development of Laos. LCG aims to be one of the best in the new generation of 21st century consulting groups.
It is their objective to deliver project solutions that are competitive, cost-effective and complementary to the clients’ strategies to support the environmentally-sensitive, ethnic-conscious, and sustainable social and infrastructure development programs to international standards.
