Mandala Wellness aims to provide a diverse scope of daily movement classes such as yoga, qi gong, meditation, Pilates with highly qualified instructors who have the experience and knowledge to guide students safely. Regular physical activity, and awareness of how the body, mind and spirit are connected, can contribute to how you develop a better sense of ‘self’ and make deliberate choices for a healthier, balanced and fulfilling outlook on life.
