Course Overview: To prepare Japanese sauces and soups, there are several important steps to be observed to achieve the quality. This course is aimed at preparing learners with knowledge and applications skills in preparing Japanese sauces and soups using traditional recipes
Course Content: The course trains the learners to prepare: Dashi; Wasabi; Suimono; Dipping sauces for noodles; Dipping sauces for tempura; Curry sauces; Miso Shiru
Course Duration: 23 Hours Training(including 8 Hours E-learning) and 4 Hours Assessment
Mode of Learning and Assessment Learning will be through demonstration, hands-on practice, lecture, e-learning and discussion. The Assessment will involve a practical demonstration and simple oral questions.
