We’re all about comprehensive fitness. We believe that you need to challenge yourself in different ways to build a strong, healthy and long-lasting body.
The Fitness Village, we specialize in classes and group training in Hanoi’s most unique exercise studio — but we also have a fitness room for independent training and an outdoor summer swimming pool.
This is our all-rounder. In Interval Training you’ll find complete beginners and marathon winners. The class builds full-body strength and improves cardio. Everyone welcome — the class is as hard as you make it.
Pump is a weights class that builds full-body strength. Each workout is choreographed to keep things fun and it’s easy to track your progress. Everyone welcome. If you’re new to weightlifting then you can start with light weights and build from there.
Yoga at The Fitness Village focuses on the physical aspects of improving strength and flexibility. Everyone welcome – but if you’re new to yoga then let your instructor know. Yoga at The Fitness Village is managed by Moon Yoga. For more information, including details on the different yoga types,
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes are short – you won’t exercise for longer that 30 minutes. But if you push yourself hard then you’ll burn fat both during and after the class. Not suitable for beginners – make sure you’re comfortable in an Interval Training class first.
Strength & Conditioning
In the Strength component, you’ll focus on lifting heavy weights to improve strength, build muscle and learn correct technique. In the Conditioning component, you’ll improve endurance and athletic performance. Not suitable for beginners – make sure you’re comfortable in an Interval Training class first.
Xpinning – or Spinning – is an intense, leg-focused workout on a stationary bike. Like HIIT, Xpinning will burn fat both during and after the class. In the evening we black out the room and the disco lights come on! Everyone welcome.
Blending bursts of energy and motivating moves, Zumba® mixes low- and high-intensity exercise for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Zumba® Toning is the same – but with weights. Everyone welcome.
Pilates builds strength with slow, controlled movements that focus on the core. It improves posture, helps prcourse injury and complements other forms of training, from weightlifting to yoga. Everyone welcome. Pilates at The Fitness Village is managed by Moon Yoga. For more information, click here.
Step Toning is a choreographed workout combining basic movements with the step and strength-building exercises with light weights. The result is a workout that targets both the lower and upper body. Everyone welcome — especially those that enjoy Zumba and dance!
