We have personal training and weight-loss program in our gym studio and also online.
We welcome everyone in our gym, men and women, from young adults to seniors and from totally beginners to experienced athletes.
We offer 1 on 1 personal training sessions but we can also accommodate up to 3 fitness enthusiasts at the same time for small group classes (HIIT, strength, cardio, stretching & mobility).
