Yangon Yoga House was born out of a desire to bring together the growing community of yogis in Myanmar’s capital city under one roof. We opened our doors in May 2014 as the first English-speaking yoga studio in Myanmar.
We are reopening the studio for in-person classes starting March 2021. Class sizes are limited to 12 participants (50% occupancy). You are highly encouraged to bring your own mat, and please only come if you feel 100% well.

we are offering online classes on Zoom on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to keep you active while you’re at home. These classes are 45 minutes long to minimize the screen fatigue. You can drop-in for just one class or join for our 28 day bootcamp for access to all classes plus more!
