Yoga Manila offers Ashtanga and Vinsaya Yoga as well as specialized yoga classes such as Pregnancy Yoga for prenatal and postnatal, and Sharing Yoga which enhances the development of children with special needs.

CLASSES

-ASHTANGA YOGA

A traditional method of teaching yoga that unfolds the series to each practitioner on an individual basis.

-ZUMBA

A Latin dance-inspired workout that includes high and low intensity segments, a cardiovascular challenge that benefits one’s overall health and sense of well-being.

-EXPLORING MEDITATION

A guided meditation for students and practitioners to directly experience this space of awareness.

-BREATH OF LIFE

Discover the importance of the breath, and how to improve your breathing for better health.

-SPECIALIZED CLASSES

All Specialized Classes require an advance reservation and payment, and sometimes a form, before we can confirm a booking.

Class cancellations must be done a day prior to avoid forfeiting the class fee. Click here for reservations.

-PRIVATE SESSIONS

These sessions must be booked in advance to ensure the availability of the teacher and studio.

-PREGNANCY YOGA

Fertility, prenatal and postnatal yoga to reduce stress, keep muscles toned, and improve balance and circulation.

-SHARING YOGA

Yoga therapy to enhance the physical, mental and emotional development of children with special needs.
