a) | The Trainer acknowledge and agree that the Users have the right to receive a refund, as detailed herein and the Trainer will not receive any payments from transactions for which refund has been granted. | |||||||||
b) | Payments will be processed only 24 hours after booking has been made. Failed payment transactions will be deemed to be an unsuccessful course signup. | |||||||||
c) | If the User cancels a booking within 24 hours of making the booking, the Company offers a full refund to the User without any charges. | |||||||||
d) | The User will not be entitled to receive any refund for missing classes due to the User’s unavailability. The Trainer has the sole right to decide if it wishes to offer to any User any make-up class for missing classes. | |||||||||
e) | The Trainer is required to arrange for make-up classes or provide a full refund if the Trainer cancels sessions. In such a scenario, the User has the right to choose between a make-up class or full refund. All the expenses incurred by either party due to the Trainer cancelling classes will be charged to the Trainer, including but not limited to training facilities, administrative charges and refund fees. | |||||||||
f) | or workshops, subject to section 3 (a) and (e) of this Annexure, the User has the right to withdraw from a workshop at any time. | |||||||||

Training qualityIf the Trainer has failed to meet the overall expectation (i.e. if they score below 3 out of 5 in overall performance) based on the course specification the Trainer may offer to remedy the service performance through make-up classes, by appointing a new trainer or refunding up to 25%. |
