Why to do meditation in Bali

What is meditation? To define it is not actually that simple, on the surface, it may look like just focusing on an object, a *mantra*, or be mindful while sitting quietly, to take deep breaths and paying attention to them, but deep down it is “losing ourselves and unstringing the logic”. Meditation brings a vast amount of benefits to mental and physical health and overall well-being.
